The following return and exchange policies do not apply to purchases of our in-office services. Rather, they apply only to physical products purchased through our e-commerce system, or in-house.
Returns:
Latisse® purchases are final sale and can not be returned nor exchanged.
Unused physical products in their original packaging are refundable within 15 days of the original purchase date. We will inspect your returned product once it is received by us. When we confirm it is in the same condition in which we sold it, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. If it is not, we will not be able to offer a refund.
To start a return:
1) Please send us your proof of purchase. You may also bring it to us in person.
2) For electronic messages, we will respond within 2 – 5 business days (usually faster), when we’re open. For in-person returns, we will service you promptly, when we’re open.
3) If your return request is approved, proceed to ship the item back to us (we do not cover the cost of shipping returns). You may also bring it to us in person.
4) We will process the refund when we receive the product, using the original method of payment. Credit card funds can take up to two weeks to be posted to your account.
We do not cover the cost of shipping for returned items. We also do not refund the original cost of shipping. We recommend using a shipping option with tracking and insurance for high-value items. We will not be responsible for guaranteeing we receive your item for a return or exchange.

Exchanges:
Purchased items from our store are eligible for exchange if they are defective or damaged. However, we will need to inspect the product to determine its eligibility for an exchange, with the same terms outlined above for returns. You will have 5 days from the time of our receiving of your product in the mail, to be able to select a new item for the exchange.
