Even Up® Clinical Pigment Perfector® SPF 50 by Colorescience® (Tinted)

Application:

• Every morning after moisturizing, using 1/2 a pump.
• Face and neck, as needed.

Best for:

• Brown spots, skin discolouration.
• UV protection.
• Normal skin.

While yes, this is a tinted sunscreen with SPF 50, it is special more-so because of its ability to reduce brown spots and signs of sun damage. In addition to the immediate, makeup-like coverage it gives, it also uses a clinically-tested skin brightener called LUMIRA^®, for ongoing treatment of discolouration.

A few helpful things to know about this product:

This is a thick product. It’s not a ‘watery’ type of sunscreen or day cream. However, it can be spread thin for sheer coverage (it’s not meant to be a foundation, per se, but it is tinted).

Even Up^® is meant to be used before your regular makeup application (it is water resistant up to 40 minutes). It can replace your regular base sunscreen, but still needs the reapplication of sunscreen every two hours, at a minimum. For reapplication, you can use more Even Up^® (for better complexion correction over time), or go with Sunforgettable® Total Protection™ Brush-on Shield SPF 50 – a powder formula that can go over makeup.

This is a water-resistant formula for up to 40 minutes. Be sure to reapply after getting wet or sweating, and every 2 hours, regardless.

For the eye area, you may want to pair this with Total Eye^® 3-in-1 Renewal Therapy SPF 35 for a daily, morning regimen.

Please don’t try mixing Even Up^® with All Calm™, as the results have not been tested. Stick to the one for your main skin issue. If the colour of either is not quite right for you, these can be mixed with a touch of Tint du Soleil™ SPF 30 Whipped Foundation, in your correct shade, for an easy adjustment.
